By utilizing our knowledge of Salesforce, marketing, and technical support, we were able to successfully bring Peerless Fence into the modern digital age with an end-to-end solution.
Peerless Fence was reaching the limits of their existing CRM and we suggested Salesforce for their expanding business. Due to Peerless’ heavy reliance on paper, they lacked data that could be analyzed. N2 Media envisioned an end-to-end solution that removed double entry and would allow for a lead go to an installation, all within one system. This system change would give Peerless a plethora of data that could be reported on and given to their leadership team. The new information that they would be given would allow them to make informed decisions.
We implemented a brand new marketing software (Pardot) and integrated it with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. This has given Peerless a full 360 degree view of their customers journey and acquisition costs.
N2 Media has also been able to increase Peerless Fences organic traffic through SEO as well as refined their Google Ads campaigns.
We were able to successfully transition Peerless’ team to the GSuite tools. This included training of employees and mass data migration. By making these steps, we were able to transition Peerless from an on-site server to the cloud for little maintenance and an easily scalable solution.
