N2 Holdings, Inc. (N2) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, N2 Media, Inc. and N2 Data, Inc., are headquartered in Petaluma and are first and foremost technology driven organizations. Founded by a noted computer systems and programming expert, Mr. Carey F. Daly, the company’s team of officers and senior staff all bring significant technical expertise and experience in their respective fields. With a concentration of entrepreneurial talent on board, this California based company is creative, agile and responsive to new opportunities. Formation of the N2 companies was based on mobile media patent-pending technology filed in August 2007 and subsequently developed to a working model using software and hardware created by Mr. Daly and his staff. The genesis was the ability to display full motion video on a moving vehicle, the media being delivered by wireless means. Today, the technology deliverable of the N2 Media subsidiary and its sister company, N2 Data, has advanced to a world class product which bears little resemblance to the original concept.  The N2 family of companies is engaged in establishing a nationwide network of digital screens in fixed and place-based mobile environments.
